National Principals Month: Lisa Boudreaux
To celebrate National Principals Month, we’re sharing some fun facts about our amazing school administrators. Today you’ll learn more about Mrs. Lisa Boudreaux, principal of Raceland Upper Elementary School.
Here’s the inside scoop on Mrs. Boudreaux:
🐻 She’s been a principal for five and a half years.
🐻 She says the most rewarding part of being a principal is having the opportunity to witness the growth and success of students, staff, and the Raceland community (where she now lives). “Watching progress unfold is incredibly fulfilling and rewarding!”
🐻 She was last year's Principal of the Year district winner and a semifinalist at the state level.
🐻 Her favorite subject in school was ELA because she loved to read and write. Some of her favorite teachers were ELA teachers who inspired and pushed her to be the best version of herself.
🐻 Her favorite school lunch is baked chicken and parsley rice.
🐻Studying photography is on her bucket list. She loves taking pictures, especially of beautiful outdoor views.
🐻 Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, shopping and listening to music.
🐻 Fun Fact: She played in a championship band in high school and got to perform during the halftime show at the Gator Bowl.
